Ever had to get your computer repaired? It can be a real nightmare. My sister just had a minor repair done and the shop used her email application to send spam. She found out when several friends and me emailed her asking about the message. It’s a shame, but it is difficult to get good advice about computers. A lack of satisfactory support services led me to learn computer repair. My enjoyment of computer work motivated me to get my A+ and MCSE Windows 2000 certification.
